Furthermore, we hold a Lunch & Learn session every two weeks attended by all employees. In these sessions, employees are invited to present topics of their choice, which other employees may find interesting. Each session is documented in Confluence, ensuring that a record of the discussion is kept. These meetings allow employees to learn from one another, enhance their skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on current projects and issues.
