Our Workato’s experience

The objective of this integration was to synchronize customer data and selected items from Salesforce to NetSuite in real time, reducing manual intervention and ensuring data consistency across platforms. Since 2023, Novutech has been supporting this company by implementing NetSuite for financial management and integrating its customer database through Workato.

The integration process was meticulously crafted to ensure efficient and real-time synchronization between Salesforce and NetSuite. 

Some flows we have been able to do with Workato is the live creation/update of customers in Netsuite from SalesForce through Workato thanks to a webhook this flow is updating the information live

We have also been able to dynamically create Invoices in NetSuite with the contract line items generated in SalesForce. Contract line items that were listed in a report in Salesforce, this report was treated by batch and invoices created dynamically each time the flow was scheduled to run.
