This summer, Novutech celebrated the successful NetSuite go-live of Rydoo, one of the leading expense management providers on the market.

Who is Rydoo?

Since 2013, Rydoo’s mission has been to streamline finance processes and improve expense management for thousands of users. Their motto says it all: “Less admin, more impact”.
More impact indeed! With 1 million users around the globe, Rydoo’s expense management app helps hundreds of companies save time and reimburse their employees faster.

With 150 employees in 6 offices worldwide and an impressive customer base, Rydoo is a recognized leader in the SaaS world, and the app is easily integrated with other business management solutions, like NetSuite cloud ERP.

After 10 successful years with strong growth, Rydoo needed a new ERP system to support their continued growth.

The reason for change

NetSuite was chosen to be that new system. Rydoo and their investors wanted to implement an ERP that would sustain their scaling by offering sound financial capabilities and streamlined processes.

Compared with their previous management system, NetSuite offers more integrated features, better reporting, higher flexibility, overall improved capabilities, and seemed the perfect choice to be at the core of Rydoo’s IT landscape and centralise their business flows.

About the NetSuite implementation

The implementation project started in January 2023 and included the configuration of OneWorld, Advanced Financials features, Accounts Payable management, the Fixed Assets Management module, and Advanced Revenue Management.

One of the main challenges was also to put NetSuite at the centre of Rydoo’s IT architecture. Our tech team successfully integrated Salesforce through the Workato iPaaS app, and played an active role in defining the new structure of a complex IT landscape wich also includes BambooHR, Rydoo’s expense management app, and Rydoo’s own back-end.

To top it off, our team deployed ZoneReconcile, ZoneCapture, and our Belgian Localization Novupack in order to further optimise Rydoo’s finance flows and reporting capabilities.

Rydoo is now live on NetSuite since the 1st of July 2023 and has moved on to a support and optimisation partnership with Novutech. The roadmap for the next few weeks and months includes, among other things, expanding the Salesforce integration scope and designing the future enhanced consolidation structure of the company in NetSuite.

This was a very positive and well-managed implementation project, with a great connection between both teams, and we are more than happy to keep supporting and empowering Rydoo’s team with NetSuite!
