WHO IS ACTITO

We are pleased to announce the successful go-live of the NetSuite SuiteSuccess Financials First at ACTITO, a SaaS marketing automation company founded back in 2000.

ACTITO offers a suite of relationship marketing tools to create a meaningful dialogue with prospects and clients. Thanks to its Relationship Marketing Portal, ACTITO offers the possibility to completely customize the portal with made to measure “apps”.

ACTITO serves large and medium sized companies in various industries such as Automotive, financial, Entertainment or Health.

ACTITO currently has 6 regional offices. Back in June 2019, ACTITO acquired a new company, Smartfocus, which has led them to strengthen their position as European market leader of relationship marketing tools.

THE REASON FOR CHANGE

Historically each entity part of the group was operating on a standalone backoffice and standalone accounting and finance systems.

Therefore, to improve efficiency, controls, timeliness, and the quality of information reporting for management, ACTITO looked to integrate all legacy systems from back-office, CRM, Project Management, Contracting, Revenue Management and Finance & Accounting into 2 consolidated cloud-based solutions, being the integrated duo Zuora and NetSuite.

ACTITO selected NetSuite as their ERP solution for the following reasons:

ABOUT THE NETSUITE IMPLEMENTATION

After a smooth and full remote implementation of about 5 months despite challenging times with COVID, ACTITO has been now live since November 2020 with purchasing and sales and has been able to expand to include Project Management with more than +70 users early January 2021.
