ACTITO’S JOURNEY AND NEEDS
Actito’s journey began in 2001 in Belgium with three founders and ten customers, evolving into a powerhouse with a growing customer base. As the company expanded into different countries (France in 2013, Canada in 2017), the need for an integrated vision of their business processes and financial performance became evident. Actito sought a tool to centralize their operations, answering critical questions about financial efficiency and revenue generation. Their quest for a robust ERP led them to select Netsuite, because of its consolidation capabilities, scalability, and international compliance and functionality.
Novutech’s initial interaction with Actito was persuasive enough and finally convinced them to opt for Netsuite. Our extensive expertise in Netsuite and our practical approach to projects position us as the ideal partner. The main challenge for Actito was ensuring Novutech understood their unique needs.
We helped them streamlining their requirements and translating their needs into functional and technical ERP features. The implementation, though not overly complex, did require some adjustments.
